«Call Bus 3» (Omnibus Survey Series) Research Report

The purpose of this research is to measure consumers’ knowledge of the brands they use and to identify the most commonly used brands in the same category and the reasons for using that brand. On the other hand, it is a priority to study the behavior of people using the Internet with their mobile phones, whether they made online purchases on the eve of quarantine, and if so, what types of products they prefer. The surveys cover 8 cities and regional centers, including Baku. The survey was conducted with 1,702 respondents via a Classic Tablet-Assisted Phone Interview(TAPI).

The following questions were answered in this research.

  • Do you connect to the internet with your mobile phone regardless of wifi or mobile package?
  • How much time do you spend on the Internet with your mobile phone during the day?
  • Do you have information that you can shop on the Internet?
  • What products or services did you buy online during the quarantine period?
  • Please rate your probability of making an online purchase in the future on a 10-point scale.
  • What would you invest  in Azerbaijan now?
  • In your opinion, which product/service price is halved would be better?
  • Do you buy bottled still water to drink at home?
  • How satisfied are you with this brand of water that you use in general (performance – in general)?
