The growing number of enterprises that play an important role in the service sector has led to a significant increase in competition between these enterprises. Only high-quality service providers can be less affected by this competition. The purpose of this project is to measure the quality of service provided in enterprises by the method of Mystery Shopper Research. The “Mystery Shopper” research, conducted in various sectors except HORECA, was initiated by Business Insight.
“Mystery Shopper Research” conducted by Business Insight for determine the level of service provided to individual customers in Baku. This research covering below sectors:
- Clothing
- Home appliances
- Banking
- Supermarkets
- Furniture
- Perfumes
- Automobile
- Mobile operators
