The purpose of this research is to measure consumers’ knowledge of the brands they use and to identify the most commonly used brands in the same category and the reasons for using those brands. On the other hand, the goal is to determine whether there is a difference between the first brands that come to mind and the brands used. Carrying out this research is very important in terms of promoting the brand to a wider audience, informing company owners about the recognition and use of the brand. Because the brand has a great importance in terms of its place in the perception of consumers, and this factor must be taken into account. From this perspective, knowing how a brand is perceived in the consumer’s perception and what the consumer thinks of the brand and what he or she thinks about it will provide important information to brand owners about what they can do about the brand. As a result of this research, you can get acquainted with the “most valuable brands”, “the most preferred brands”, “the largest companies”of the year. The surveys were conducted with 1,270 respondents in 8 economic regions representing Azerbaijan, including Baku.

This research covers the following questions. 

  • Which brand of black tea do you use in your home?

    Which brand of shampoo do you use for your hair regularly?

  • Which brands of detergent do you use regularly when wash your clothes?

  • Which brand of dishwashing detergent do you use regularly when wash your dishes?

  • Which mobile operators do you use, i.e. from which operator is your mobile number ?

  • So, what is your main mobile operator?
